Founding Principles

“We do not follow blindly. We remember boldly.”

The spiritual foundation of Sa Ta Nebet is deeply rooted in the ancient teachings of Kemet—the original name of what the world now calls Egypt. These teachings were not religion as we know it today, but a way of life. A cosmology. A divine science of harmony between the self, the Earth, the cosmos, and the ancestral realm. We do not borrow these teachings. We are the descendants of those who lived them.

We are reclaiming what was encoded in our bloodline.

Spiritual Leadership Through Kemetic Titles

Sa Ta Nebet restores the spiritual roles of women in ancient temples: priestesses, water bearers, dream oracles, herbal alchemists, dancers of Sekhmet, and womb keepers of Hathor.

Members are guided through initiation rites and receive titles reflecting their path. Examples include:

Nebet-Het Sa, meaning “Sacred Daughter of Divine House”

Sa Ra, meaning “Daughter of the Sun”

Ankh Aset, meaning “Living Embodiment of Aset”

These names are not for ego—they are for spiritual accountability, recognition of your soul’s assignment, and ancestral remembrance.

Why Kemetic Principles Matter Today

In a world that often confuses success with ego and visibility with value, Kemetic teachings return us to soul-truth. They remind us:

Healing is sacred.

Sisterhood is spiritual.

Your body is a temple.

Our name is a vibration.

Your life is a continuation of divine legacy.

To be Sa Ta Nebet is to live as Maat in motion. We are walking temples. We are sacred memory made flesh.
